As a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our [products/services]. You will work closely with our development and testing teams to identify and address issues, develop test plans, and execute test cases to ensure a seamless user experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about software quality and is eager to contribute to the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
• Document and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to identify software defects and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Experience with test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
