Job Title: Jewelry Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

•Promote and sell company products, including jewelry items, to prospective customers

•Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service

•Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

•Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations

•Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's product offerings and industry trends

•Create and maintain a customer database to drive sales and customer loyalty

•Participate in product training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry trends

•Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and promote products

•Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

•Proven track record of successful sales experience in the jewelry industry

•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

•Strong customer service orientation

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

•Knowledge of current market trends in the jewelry industry

•Attention to detail and ability to multitask

•Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

•Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

•Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Education and Experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the jewelry industry
• Familiarity with gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in English and Tamil language

Terms of Employment

•This position will be a full time permanent position (40 hours/week).

Wage

•The compensation will be $18 to $20, based on market and level of experience

•Upto 10% Bonus will be paid based on performance
