Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, the role of the project manager is to oversee the execution of major projects/initiatives from idea to delivery, maintaining a master milestone schedule. He will be a key individual to help align all teams on the plan, challenge stakeholders, and ensure the projects are well scoped and that each team member delivers on time. In this role, the individual will identify bottlenecks/inefficiencies and make recommendations to improve our structure and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, prioritize, and maintain the list of major cross-functional projects. (Project Road Map)
• Manage multiple teams’ PMO processes.
• Create milestone schedules for each project with the right level of granularity, ensure project stakeholders are always aligned on progress and priorities, and report of progress.
• Collaborate with project owners from original concept through to final implementation, follow-up with each stakeholder to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of project plans.

Qualifications

• Experience on Agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years experience in IT Project Management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
