We're on the lookout for an outstanding Intermediate Software Developer to join our Front End / User Interface team.

As an Intermediate UI Developer, you'll dive into the thrilling world of developing cutting-edge user interfaces and seamlessly integrating them with our existing backend applications. You'll be the driving force behind projects, making critical product design decisions, providing code reviews and guidance to junior developers, and collaborating with other team leaders to ensure smooth coordination.

The successful candidate will be working in the North Vancouver office.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Design software components with input from senior team members/customers.
• Actively participate in code review
• Debug and fix product stability issues
• Maintain development deadlines and provide accurate estimates
• Utilize programming skills to ensure delivered code meets high standards of quality and reusability
• Provide timely updates on the progress of ongoing work (daily standups).
• Manage and resolve tickets

What we are looking for:

• React project(s) on GitHub
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge in RESTful Web Services, Source control via Git/GitHub
• Experience taking a large-scale project to production
• Strong TypeScript, and hooks based React JS experience
• Sense of code ownership
• Willingness to learn and take on challenging tasks

• An eye for design
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Experience writing single page applications, using React Router and component libraries (MUI, Chakra, Fluent)
• Experience taking projects to completion
• Experience with React Native
• Understanding what it takes to have your code used by thousands of people
