Job Description
On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Front – End Developer for a ten (10) month engagement based in Burnaby, British Columbia. This client is pleased to offer a remote work model for this role.


Front-End Developer Job Details


  • They will also be expected to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • This role will require strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • The successful consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing user-facing features for websites.


Front-End Developer Mandatory Skills


  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Strong communication skills

Front-End Developer Nice-To-Have Skills


  • Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of testing and debugging
  • Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design applications (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)


Assignment Length


  • Ten (10) month contract with the potential for extensions.

Assignment Location


Main office located in Burnaby, British Columbia. Consultants may work remotely within Canada. Consultants are expected to be available during PST/PDT hours for the duration of the project.
