We are seeking a skilled and independent Insurance Broker speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Farsi, and Arabic to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with comprehensive insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Research and compare insurance policies to determine the most suitable options for clients.
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the brokerage.
Qualifications:
- Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Farsi or Arabic speaker
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively.
-Willing to obtain a Ribo license in 2 months
