The Opportunity:


WSP - The Identity and Access Management Analyst will play a critical role in the implementation and maintenance of WSP’s identity governance and access management solution, under general direction of the Applications Security and Administration Lead. The main responsibility is to manage the automated access to application assets while ensuring potential security and compliance risks are addressed. The incumbent in this role will support SailPoint Identity IQ, Oracle IDCS, and Oracle Cloud ERP systems.

A day in the life:


The Identity and Access Management Analyst is expected to carry out the following activities:


  • Demonstrate an understanding of business process design, cloud security, application security, and risk management principles.
  • Monitor and maintain the SailPoint Identity IQ platform infrastructure
  • Assess design, implementation, and support solutions for the Oracle Cloud ERP application, including user and privileged access, controls, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes, using the SailPoint Identity IQ and Oracle Risk Management Cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with Application Management Support team to ensure operational deliverables like service documentation, knowledge materials, monitoring requirements and support structures are in place and updated as appropriate
  • Work with Oracle application analysts and business leads to define and maintain each team's application access needs
  • Work with Change Management team to ensure product changes are appropriately tested, communicated, documented and approved.
  • Manage access & entitlement request processes and manage incident and problem tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Work with global business partners to assess the security posture to identify gaps or improvements and keep current with audit and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain audit reports and documentation surrounding user access, segregation of duties, and role configuration.
  • Evaluate and automate standard, repetitive tasks, or tasks where automation may remove variability and recurring human error
  • Conduct the biannual access certification and remediation process.


What Sets You Apart ...
  • Experience with basic concepts of Networking, Shell Scripting, Windows Command Line and PowerShell.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud/SaaS, and Role based application controls (RBAC)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ platform.
  • Experience with at least one or more web/application server(s), namely IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache.
  • Good understanding of identity and access management concepts, including federation, authentication, authorization, access controls, identity and access provisioning life cycle.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business or relevant discipline, or a comparable combination of education and work experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good understanding of the SailPoint IIQ product capabilities.
  • Experience with authentication technologies, such as Microsoft AD/Windows authentication, OpenLDAP, SAML, OAuth, SSO, Kerberos and federated identity management.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with end user.
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment .
  • Experience with SQL, and Java or BeanShell.
  • Understanding of supplementary concepts such as SCIM, Webservices (REST/SOAP), SSL Certificate Management, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and standard industry practices relating to requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
  • Identity and access governance; including role-based access control, access request and certification, user life cycle management processes, and organizational change management.
  • 2-4 years progressive experience managing technology related projects, with an emphasis on identity and access management technology implementation projects, that includes:
Preferred qualifications:


  • SailPoint IdentityIQ Professional certification
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud – Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
  • Knowledge of SailPoint Deployment Accelerator, Accelerator Pack, Rapid Application Onboarding, Agile Implementation and DevOps Integration.
  • Experience with IT general controls, risk management, auditing and governance.
  • Experience with integrations of target systems such as Microsoft Active Directory, Delinea Secret Server, Service Now, Sql Server databases, etc. with IDM
