Hvac/Plumbing Coordinator Jobs

Job Duties:
• Take incoming customer calls, schedule, and coordinate as calls are received
• Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the project
• Maintain the dispatch board / Schedule and forecast workload for 1-2 weeks out
• Work closely with HVAC/Plumbing Managers to provide administrative tracking support
• Work cohesively with all departments to help in supporting and promoting business solutions.
