Head Womens Hockey Coach

The Eastern Elite Chaos Hockey Program will consists of:
Two female teams:
15U and 18U
The both teams will be competing National Girls Hockey League
:
The Eastern Elite Chaos Elite Head Coach will lead all aspects of coaching during the competitive spring/summer/winter season, this will include both on and off ice activities.
Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Appointing Coaching Staff [Assistant Coaches]
• Team selection (full-time roster and affiliate players)
• Develop Spring/Summer/Winter Plan and consistently reaffirm progress
• Proactively plan and conduct purposeful practices
• Develop individual and team skills and foster personal growth and development of all athletes
• Manage two practice's per week at set times
• Attend all scheduled tournament games (40+)
• Attend out of town tournaments (one or more per month)
• Be required to work within the policies & procedures of the Eastern Elite Chaos program
• Candidate will report into the General Manager of The Eastern Elite Chaos
• Candidate must complete a police criminal check, and child welfare check.
Minimum/Desired Qualifications:
• Three years coaching experience at the Elite level and/or above
• Candidate must be Development 2 certified by the beginning of 2023 season
• Experience playing at the Jr. level, college/university level or higher.
• Experience in creating, planning, and strategizing

*** Coaches will be expected to help scout their team starting May 1st 2023 by attending local spring tournaments.
**** ID Camp schedule in June 2023 where you as the head coach will fill any open positions by inviting players you scouted.
