Preparation of Hakka vegetarian foods, Chicken Food, Seafood, to order

Minimum 2 year experience working in Hakka restaurant, knowledge of Indo-Chinese that would be an asset.

We will teach you how to prepare/Garish our menu items

Duties include cutting, preparation of raw chicken, beef, seafood, carving and portioning food prior to cooking

Maintain a clean work environment

Maintain stock levels of, Communicating to your team of shortages

Measure, prep and mix the ingredients according to the recipes.

Check the quality of food and ingredients for the freshness.

Work well under pressure and make the meals within time limit.

Help and inspire the kitchen staff.

Take care about the quality of food and ensure that kitchen area is clean including all the equipment's and utensils.

Maintain the positive approach with other coworkers.

Prepare quality food to wow our guest and make their experience best.

Determine how food should be presented.
