Job Description

The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the property including delivering legendary guest experiences by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that" moments, providing "the best place to work" for our team members and to manage their property in accordance to Canalta's values, policies and procedures. The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing financial performance, customer satisfaction and team member experience

What Our Requirements Are


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours and holidays

  • Excellent computer skills and experience in using Office 365
  • Five years experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Two years of management and leadership experience

  • Two years of sales experience
