Summary
Energywell, a leading sustainable energy retail company that uses technology to change the way people buy and use energy, is currently seeking talented Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment. Your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver scalable software solutions that align with our company's vision and objectives.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should have proficiency in front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Additionally, you should be a collaborative team player with a strong eye for design and usability. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is highly valued.

Role Responsibilities
·Develop, test, and implement software solutions to expand the platform.
·Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate solutions.
·Promote strong architectural design patterns.
·Conduct unit and integration tests and establish automated testing processes.
·Support team members through active monitoring, code reviews, and root cause analysis of issues.
Desired Skills/Experience
·Proficiency in AWS Cloud Architecture (RDS, EKS, Fargate, EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS/SQS, CloudFormation).
·Backend development experience with Python or Golang.
·Knowledge of microservices and serverless architecture.
·Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (GIT, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodePipeline).
·Familiarity with frontend stacks such as ReactJS and/or native mobile development (iOS/Android).
·Familiarity with databases such as Postgres, MySQL, and SQL Server.
·Proficiency in Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
·Experience in REST API design and development.
·Proven track record as a full stack developer.
·Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
·Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
