Job Description

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Seattle and Cagliari (Italy) is looking for a Full Stack Developer. This is a contract opportunity. The successful candidate must live in Canada and pass all background checks.


Requirements:


  • Experience writing simple to complex SQL statements
  • Experience using Entity Framework and LINQ
  • Experience developing RESTFUL APIs and microservices using .Net/.NET Core
  • Thorough unit testing and integration testing practices
  • Dedicated analytical, critical thinking, problem-solver who can take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment, quickly address issues with teams and balance multiple release cycles
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum practices
  • Experiences with Git, Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines
  • Experience working with XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, Typescript, and bootstrap
  • Experience with Azure cloud services
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with an attitude of collaboration
  • Experience developing applications using C# (MVC, Web/RESTful API), .Net Core, and Angular
