About CSN Emeryville Collision
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage files, invoices, and administrative documents
- Update management systems, ensuring accuracy of dates and notes
- Communicate effectively with customers about repair processes and insurance-related matters
- Schedule insurance or private repair appointments, explaining rental eligibility when necessary
- Other duties as required to support shop operations
- Monitor repair requests and assignments, coordinating appraisal appointments and confirming drivability
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Record administrative data and import assignments into the system
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Schedule and manage appointments, coordinating with team members for status updates
- Verify deductibles and communicate relevant information to customers
- Receive and process payments from various sources
- Handle customer reviews and facilitate obtaining Google reviews post-repair
- Follow established communication protocols using phone, email, or text as appropriate
- Prepare necessary paperwork for claims, rentals, and repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
- Assist customers with rental bookings and ensure smooth transitions
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Collaborate with colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Customer service and Customer relation experience an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Independent and self-motivated work style
- 1 year of administrative experience or completion of Administrative Assistant Program. Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Organizational skills/Time Management: Strong planning and organizational skills, with an ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Conflict Management: Frames discussions positively, takes action to resolve conflict, while minimizing tension
