Calling all Masons!
Are you looking for a career that combines your passion for construction, with the opportunity to work on fly in fly out work?
We are looking for experienced masons (or bricklayers depending on the term you prefer!) to join our busy client in Kitimat, BC! As a mason you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, cutting materials to size, mixing and applying cement and working with hand and power tools.
This team focuses on prioritizing safety for every individual on site as they work in a timely manner to ensure timelines are met for project completion As a fly in/fly out individual you will work a rotation of 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. During this time you will work 5 days of 12 hour shifts, which allows for your downtime to be used to explore beautiful BC!

Responsibilities
What will you need to do?
- Interpreting blueprints, cutting materials to size, mixing and apply cement
- Heavy lifting is required, up to 50 lbs, in a hot environment.
- Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the project.
- Working with hand and power tools
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Experience in a fast paced construction or industrial environment
- Previous masonry experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend and stand for longer periods of time
