The Role

We are currently recruiting for Journeyman Pipefitters. We have upcoming work near Prince George. Shift to be determined. 14 days on site, 12 hour days.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Install supports, valves, piping and control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Expertly measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal, plastic and fiberglass valves, pipes, fittings
• Use test equipment to check systems for leaks
• Join pipe sections and secure in position
• Complete tasks in line with OCL and industry standards, procedures and practices

Requirements

• Journeyperson/Apprentice Pipefitter Certification/Ticket
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to and from site
• Safety tickets. WHIMIS, Confined Space, Fall Arrest, AWP
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and criminal record check
