Equipment Operator Jobs

Adecco is currently hiring temporary Full-Time Forklift Operators in Bolton ON. 20 minutes North of Brampton! Our client is a top Canadian retailer is specialized in automotive, sports and houseware.
We are looking for experienced equipment operators with experience with Clamp Trucks, Tugger, Counterbalance, Raymond reach forklift. In this role you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places. Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. If you have a current forklift certification and experience apply today!

• Shifts available: Rotational and Fixed Shifts Available. Must be able to work all days of the week
• Job type: Temporary | Full-time
• Location: Healey Road & Coleraine Drive
• Pay rate: up to $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Work in a safe manner in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Driving machinery on a daily basis to move products in the facility
• Picking products onto a skid
• Lifting up to 50lbs
• Moving large quantities of stock using a clamp truck
• Bending, twisting, reaching all required movements
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Works well as part of a team
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a warehouse as a picker/packer, warehouse worker, general labor or laborer would be an asset
• Organizational know- how
• Previous experience using a clamp truck, tugger, counterbalance, or other forklift equipment
• Have a reliable source of transportation
• Experience with lifts for narrow aisles standing Raymond type is an asset
