Entry Level / Client Experience Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for an entry-level Client Experience Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our products and services. This is a remote position, and the candidate must be based in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support during client onboarding and training processes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Update and maintain client records and documentation.
• Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement solutions.
• Act as the first point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and customer service software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
