Embedded Software Developer C++ Qt

Our Vancouver client is looking for an Intermediate level Software Engineer experienced with multi-threaded C / C++ programming experience and Qt experience (embedded preferably). This is a net new role as they have a new product being released last year, with a number of features to develop.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ of production level experience with design and developing sophisticated products in C / C++ following best practices and using modern tools such as TDD, Git, CI and JIRA. Linux kernel development experience would consider as a huge plus but belongs to desired skills.
We are looking for an embedded developer that possess both design and programming skills with a strong desire to learn and work with new technologies and products. This is a 100% remote role for BC-based company!
