One of our food production clients is looking for a Electrician for their plant in Abbotsford, BC for their facility.

Shift: Day, Afternoon or Night

Responsibilities

• This individual will have the ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and specifications in order to provide troubleshooting and repair services.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace faulty packaging and meat processing equipment including motors and drives
• The Electrician will work as part of the Maintenance team to install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• The Electrician will also routinely perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and components.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Red Seal Electrician Industrial electrical experience is required
• Understands Controls / VFD's / Data
• Knowledge of regulations and codes in industrial settings
