Doorman, Weekend Availability Jobs

The part-time Doorman provides first hand customer service and security to tenants and visitors in a residential building. The Doorman is responsible for daily interaction and delivering efficient customer service, including, but not limited to greeting tenants and guests, notifying residents of guest arrivals, logging resident package deliveries, and answering general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate building systems (daily logs, parcel logs and deliveries).
• Greet incoming tenants and visitors.
• May be asked to assist tenants with groceries and take packages to elevators.
• Logging tenants use of the party room, service elevators, visitor parking and other amenities if applicable.
• Direct visitors to elevators and facilities.

Skills And Experience Required

• Hotel/Retail experience is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English/French.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs (where applicable).
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented/pleasant demeanour.
