Responsibilitites

• Engage with potential customers at their homes, explaining HelloFresh meal kits.
• Relationships with customers
• Ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Identify customer needs and present them with appropriate solutions
• Deliver sales presentations and demonstrate product knowledge

Requirements

• Ability to handle rejection and continue with a high level of enthusiasm
• Positive, friendly, and engaging personality
• Resilient with a strong sense of self-motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales, preferably in a door-to-door sales role
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
• A natural extrovert, who is energized by meeting new people and building relationships

Pay:

Earning Potential - base annual $34K + $750-$1000/week commission if hitting target, plus this position offers the added perk of 2 weeks of paid vacation, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
