Distribution Journeyman Powerline Technicians

Valard has full-service capabilities for transmission, distribution, substations, foundations, telecommunications and renewable energy.

Valard Construction LP is seeking qualified Distribution Journeyman Powerline Technicians to join our project in Edmonton. We are looking for self-motivated, team players who are willing to work as part of a dynamic team that provides crucial support to Valard’s projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years distribution experience
• Class 1 (AZ) license is considered an asset
• Working at Heights Certificate
• Red Seal Powerline Technician Certificate
• Must be local to Edmonton area *accommodations and LOA are not provided*
• Positive Attitude and good work ethic
• Class 4 Rubber Glove experience is considered an asset
• Standard First Aid (CPR/AED) is considered an asset
• Must provide valid driver's abstract
