Job Description

We are a trucking company based out of Brampton, ON, currently looking for an experienced Lead dispatcher in following area:


• Excellent knowledge of roads and highways


• Ready to lead a team


• The candidate must have LTL routing experience inbound and outbound


• Filling up LTL in trailers that have space, to and from CA/US


• Build LTL loads is an asset


• Excellent knowledge of Load dimensions, trailer dimensions, maximum weight allowed load distribution


• Inbound & Outbound Load bookings of dry vans, reefers from Canada to US/ vice versa


• Finding independent carriers and negotiating rates.


• Follow up for freight pickup and deliveries.


• Interact with customers and carriers with utmost professionalism.


• Hands on experience on trucking software like loadlink and avval.


• Knowledge of GPS systems and geography


• Multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment


• Two to three years of experience


Good and on time pay, friendly staff, and good location near all high-ways
