Merchantman Fresh Seafood & Oyster Bar


The Merchantman Fresh Seafood & Oyster Bar is a 210 seat, high volume restaurant located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown. Our Kitchen team strives to use the best of what PEI has to offer to create a delicious menu that not only incorporates amazing fresh seafood, but also farm fresh local produce, meats and poultry.


As a Dishwasher, You Will


  • Restocking cleaned dishes and utensils
  • Comply sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Ensure dishes are cleaned and stored in a timely fashion
  • Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans and utensils
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area
  • Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
  • Follow all operations policies and procedures
