Digital Web Project Manager

We are looking for a fun, detail-oriented, multi-tasking Digital Project Manager who will be leading our cross-functional team of brilliant people to deliver creative and innovative digital solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Provide end-to-end project management
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

You can expect to be

• Working with clients in project kick-off, setting priorities and milestones, review project status, and managing scope and budget of the project.
• Leading requirements and client workshops.
• Communicating with stakeholders and clients.
• Managing and updating service tickets and requests in JIRA.
• Managing projects ranging from 25-100k budgets with 2-4 team members.
• Communicate project assignments and expectations on deadlines and deliverables to team members.
• Scheduling, conducting project meetings with clients.
