Job Description
Looking for a job where you can use your experience in Asset Management Software? Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Data Analyst to work a 1-year contract for our reputable client, a well-established oil and gas company in Lloydminster, SK. In this role, you will support the SAP asset master data team in the technical management of the facility, well, and equipment data to provide an accurate digital representation of the company's operational assets. This position requires a technically minded individual who has experience with data management, data governance, and data administration of Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP, Maximo, JD Edwards or similar.


  • Job type: Full-time |7-Month contract Contract
  • Location: Lloydminster, SK
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Interpret data from multiple sources and turn it into information for decision-makers.
  • Work as a team to make decisions based on standards and training and work independently to administrate data within SAP.
  • Influence SAP users and stakeholders to maintain data quality standards.
  • Adhere to the work methods and procedures within an overall data management program.
  • Recommend data management objectives, standards, procedures and work practices, and may have the opportunity to manage initiatives related to data improvement.
  • Apply technical knowledge of data management, data governance, and data administration methodologies to ensure exceptional data quality.
  • Investigate and collaborate with internal and external teams to verify data and documents before accurately entering the data into SAP


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Experience with SAP, or asset management software, is an asset
  • Technical and functional knowledge of SAP systems is an asset
  • Able to organize and manage multiple work streams
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Oil and gas equipment knowledge is appreciated
  • High School Diploma is needed
  • Must have great attention to detail and be able to accurately assess information to make decisions is key to this role.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Must be a team player that can work with multiple stakeholders to achieve success
  • A critical thinker, who's able to investigate and determine a course of action based on findings
  • Able to accurately assess information to make decisions
  • Business / Technical Diploma and / or equivalent training is an asset
  • Have effective communication skills with field and office personnel
