Cyber Security Manager Jobs

Senior Cybersecurity Manager with experience in Cybersecurity leadership and operations.

With accountability for providing leadership and technical expertise on all Cybersecurity initiatives, this role works closely with limited IT and business Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure appropriate security controls are in place to address identified OT security risks.

The Senior Cybersecurity Manager will be responsible to establish the cybersecurity program for CTSM’s OT systems, which includes the administration and maintenance of Security Operations, Vulnerability and Patch Management, ThreatIntelligence and Incident Response.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field as well as considerable Cybersecurity experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience triaging security events related to malware, security log analysis (SIEM),

EDR/MDR/NDR Tools, vulnerability and patch management, and the Incident Response (IR)

process.

-Current certification in one of the following: Certified Information Systems Security Professional

(CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Systems Security Certified

Practitioner (SSCP).

-Superior teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal and professional relationship skills.

-Independence, initiative, leadership, managerial courage, influence, as well as above-average

communication skills.

-Ability to anticipate difficulties and issues and develop and implement innovative solutions in

line with objectives.

-This position demands availability during non-business hours (evening and weekends) and

change of regular scheduled work hours on short notice to meet and accommodate work as

required.
