Customer Route Seller And Driver

The Customer Route Seller and Driver’s objective is to provide outstanding customer service to a portfolio of accounts through the sale of industrial and automotive gases and products and delivering those goods.

Primary Responsibility

Develop a sales plan that drives the value of Mr. O Supply

Facilitate orders and deliver products

Seeks growth opportunities in existing customers and brings new customers to Mr. O Supply

Act as a resource and product expert for customers

Utilize vendor relationships to improve customer service and bring additional expertise to customers

Essential Functions

Manage customer orders

Deliver customer orders

Build existing accounts

Act as a product consultant who works as an advocate for their customer and helping them to achieve their goals

Educates customers about products, prices, availability

Collects all customers balances owing as per company policy

Troubleshoots any problems that occur during the order process (Example – Out of stock or short shipped products)

Develop and maintain customer relationships

Manage customer accounts receivables within guidelines

Perform effective route management

Leverage resources to increase route growth

Explain key features and benefits of Mr. O Supply products and services

Required Skills

This position requires customer focus with comprehensive communication skills and the ability to express self verbally

Must be a strategic thinker, inquisitive, innovative, and creative in order to build relationships, network, link resources and apply business practices.

Must be goal driven, have good organizational and administration skills in order to self manage and develop discipline and be flexible and coachable.

Must be able to meet and exceed sales performance goals and execute good time and territory management.

Must be able to lift and move heavy items (Up to 100 lbs individually)

Must be willing and able to drive a Heavy Duty Truck (G-class license required only)
