CSR Assistant
Insurance - Personal Lines
Hamilton, Ontario
Our client, an Insurance Brokerage is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Assistant in their Personal Lines department.

What will you do?
  • Invoicing of all policies
  • Sorting Courier
  • Processing confirmation of coverage
  • Processing agency bill & direct bill policy renewals
  • Process company payment reminders and cancellations
  • Assist Signature Account Manager with renewal shopping
  • Provide confirmation of insurance to mortgagee, lienholder & lessor
  • Process endorsements on company portals
  • Processing of opening/closed claim notices
  • Process renewals and rewrites
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, presentation, written and relationship skills
  • Minimum 1 years of Personal Insurance experience an asset
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is an asset
  • Valid RIBO license or OTL preferred
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
