- Head of Sales/ Sales Representatives:
A social individual, who enjoys interacting with diverse groups of people will thrive at this position. You work your own hours, and earn commission pay. Our head of sales will be responsible for several other representatives, in which the collective goal is to keep the company as busy as possible. Head of sales may also earn hourly pay through training fellow representatives. JDB is ALWAYS looking for sales reps to add to the team!

- Crew Lead:
This position can not only be physically demanding, but it also requires a great deal of responsibility and attention to detail! The crew lead will oversee the Asphalt Sealing division within our business. A g2 license is required as you’ll be driving a company truck. If you have experience sealing asphalt, this is a MAJOR asset. If you don’t have experience, but you see yourself as a hardworking, responsible, and passionate individual, my partners and I would be more than willing to provide appropriate training to ensure you’re fit to carry the weight of this vital role. You will encounter many long days at this position, in which your earning potential is really up to your willingness to work! Crew leads have the opportunity to earn commission pay as well as hourly wage, and tips!

- General Labourers:
Someone willing to learn, and be meticulous about their duties will best suit this role. A full time labourer is needed to be our crew leads right hand man/woman! This position is crucial in ensuring the quality of work is up to our company standard, as your main task will decide the success of each job. A part time labourer is also needed to join my partners and I on our asphalt repair crew. A Very physically demanding, but undeniably satisfying role! A general labourer has the opportunity to earn commission pay as well as hourly wage, and tips!
