About your next Challenge as a Co-Op/Intern in Electrical :

• Report the status of deliverables and engineering studies to Chief engineers, group leads and manager;
• Adhere to and maintain schedules and project plans;
• Provide technical support to Electrical engineering team and manager;
• Analyze technical problems and carry out technical studies.

What You Will Do:

• The required diagrams are of the following type: wiring diagram, electrical interconnection, installation of electronic equipment, etc.
• Modify electrical interconnection diagrams/lists as recommended by Electrical engineering team members and in accordance with company and industry standards;
• Generate and/or modify plans on a computer-assisted drafting system (an asset).

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in Aerospace, Electrical or Avionics Engineering;
• Knowledge of MS office;
• Experience with computer-assisted design systems (is an asset);
• Basic knowledge of project plans, schedule and tools (Microsoft Project is an asset);
• Good knowledge of English writing/reading is required;
• Good ability in verbal communication (English and French).
• A college diploma (DCS) in avionics would be an asset;

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada “Reliability” status and/or Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
• Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
