You have a strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and excellent communication. You love to cook, truly believe that “teamwork makes the teamwork”, and are friendly and easy to work with. You have a high attention to detail and love working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

As the Cook, you’re instrumental in creating our customer’s dining experience at Boomer’s. You play a critical part in our success. You use your thorough understanding of food safety and handling to prepare high quality meals, ensuring the highest standards are realized. We’ll do our part to provide a fun environment, great teammates to work with and abundant free parking!! If you don’t normally drive to work, not to worry as the Capital News Centre (CNC) is on a major bus route.

Ideally, you have recent experience as a cook in a similar, “bar & grill” type of place that serves high quality “pub style” meals. If you already have your Food Safe certification, your resume will show up in our “daily specials” board.
