ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a technology enthusiast with a strong background in B2B content marketing looking to make your next move?


We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring of the overall company's content strategy focused to achieve business targets.


Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will work in a team of Marketing experts based in Europe and Northern America.


Your responsibilities

  • You will develop and implement strategies to establish the company's executives and subject matter experts as thought leaders in the industry
  • You will create and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the needs and pain points of our buyers. This includes whitepapers, case studies, industry reports, blog posts, email campaigns, and other relevant content formats
  • You will develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns using content assets to guide prospects through the sales funnel and craft targeted content that addresses their specific challenges and positions the company as a trusted advisor
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to create content that supports the sales process, such as sales collateral, product sheets, presentations, and FAQs and ensure that the content effectively communicates the value proposition and addresses common customer objections
  • You will collaborate with the product management, sales, support and other key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, target audience, and industry trends
  • You will monitor key metrics, such as engagement rates, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and continually improve results
  • You will conduct keyword research, optimize meta tags, and implement SEO strategies to improve content rankings and organic traffic

The role can be based in Germany, Croatia or Canada (East coast only). You can either work remotely - or from one of our offices in Munich, Zagreb or Ottawa.


YOUR PROFILE

As our Content Marketing Manager, you have a passion about our product and target industry. You want to work your way deeply into our customer’s world and derive relevant content from this.


  • You have project management and strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate across teams and departments
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other language is beneficial.
  • You have gained experience in a content marketing role, ideally in a B2B hi-tech industry.
  • You have an understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
  • You have hands on experience in data analysis tools (GA, GSC) and experience in tracking performance & reporting on the content success
