Who You Are

The Content Marketing Associate will support content creation, social media campaigns, SEO and community management and work closely with multiple teams across the organization. You should have a strong grasp of content marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead social media campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and receive strategic guidance from the CRO.


Responsibilities

The Content Marketing Associate uses organic and social advertising, social media community management, and creative storytelling to connect Caddle with relevant target audiences improving brand awareness, recognition, loyalty, and driving traffic to our website.

Your job will focus on researching and writing blogs, social media posts, marketing emails, infographics, white papers, case studies, and other communications. Strong writing skills are important, as you will need to distill and write about a variety of topics.

The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for content marketing and social media management reaching diverse audiences and is strategic, proactive, action-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Strategy & Execution (70%)

  • In coordination with the Marketing Manager, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive participation, support, and engagement in Caddle marketing, sales, and advertising initiatives.
  • Contribute to social media publishing and strategy.
  • In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, create engaging content for our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB, IG and YouTube), blog, and website.
  • Create visually informative pieces of content like infographics, how-to guides, presentations, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Assess the success of content channels.

Analytics & Maintenance (30%)

  • Demonstrate measurable results that are aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Analyze the performance of social media content and digital campaigns, research digital communications trends, and adjust as needed to grow following and engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for social media platforms as needed.
  • Manage engagement and responses across all social media channels.


Qualifications

  • Scrappy. You're a proactive self-starter with the ability to effectively manage several projects at once, prioritize responsibilities, and work in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication, emotional intelligence, and professionalism are key traits of yours.
  • Attention to detail (only applicants who read till the end of the job description and follow all steps will be shortlisted for further rounds).
  • Any experience in strategizing and executing paid digital media campaigns across multiple channels is an asset. LinkedIn/ Google Ads experience is an asset.
  • B2B and /or B2B2C SaaS experience is an asset.
  • Humour, curiosity, and kindness.
  • You are customer-centric, naturally curious and have a growth mindset.
  • Managing website content and executing on-page SEO tasks. WordPress experience is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • Content Marketing experience including writing and optimizing compelling content to drive engagement and sales. Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Search Console.
  • Graphic designing skills and experience with Canva/ Photoshop are necessary.
  • Experience in retail and consumer packaged goods is an asset
  • Must. Love. Dogs.
  • 2+ years of work experience in inbound marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Prior experience in email marketing, graphic design, content writing, video editing, and similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
