Content Creator Jobs

We are a local start-up design studio specializing in interior design, furnishing, and decoration. We're looking for a talented and passionate student content creator to join our team! As our content creator, you will be responsible for capturing and creating engaging visual content that showcases our projects, behind-the-scenes processes, and creative editorial shoots. Additionally, you will play a key role in launching our upcoming decor line.

Responsibilities:

• Produce weekly content through videos and photos with team collaboratively to be used for company social medias.
• Edit and retouch visual content to create visually appealing and engaging posts for our social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on Instagram.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos that highlight our interior design projects, decor line, and behind-the-scenes processes.
• Collaborate with our design team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that align with our brand and current trends.
• Help manage and maintain our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
• Stay current with industry trends, including photography and videography techniques, interior design styles, and social media best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or other relevant software.
• Passion for interior design, decor, and stay updated with the latest design trends.
• Strong proficiency in photography and videography, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Must have a portfolio of previous photography and videography work.
• **Must be enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program such as photography, videography, graphic design, or a related field.*** Current student or recent graduate (last 6 months) from an Alberta post-secondary institution
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

This is a part-time position, must currently be a post-secondary student who is passionate about photography, videography, and interior design.
