As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering our research services and strategic insights to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to assume a senior researcher role leveraging expertise in social sciences and statistical analysis to work on a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in research methodology and experience with data collection and statistical analysis. A post-graduate degree is preferred but not required. Candidates from Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario are welcome to apply.

Ideal Knowledge & Skills:

‐Experience with survey questionnaire development and multi-factor driver analysis

‐Knowledge of market sizing and segmentation techniques

‐Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and develop market insights

‐Ability to perform advanced competitive market analysis

Key Responsibilities:

‐Develop online survey quantitative and qualitative questionnaires

‐Perform primary research data coding and analysis

‐Support senior team members in all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research delivery and

project management

Qualifications:

‐Post-secondary degree in a related discipline (e.g., business, social science, humanities, math,

etc.) – a master’s degree is considered an asset

‐5+ years of market research

‐Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

‐Strong written and verbal communication skills

‐Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service focus

‐Experience in a statistical package like SPSS is an asset

Generally speaking, as the successful candidate, you will ideally:

Economics, Research, etc.).

-Be comfortable in developing and growing business relationships.

Compensation

-Salary will be determined by experience and education but generally falls between $75,000 to

$90,000.

‐This position may be performed in-person, remotely or as a hybrid role.

-Work Hours / Days: Typically, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
