Cloud Security Engineer/ Financial

Want to steer the course for a GCP Security initiative in a well-known Canadian Financial leader?
Acting as the technical advocate to the C-Suite, and a strategic captain to the Engineering team, this role requires a dedicated history of success with GCP or AWS in an Enterprise Info Security capacity.The environment is undergoing a shift towards embracing Automation and Containerization but what's needed is the person to provide the Security Best Practice game-plan, while still making sure the environment is stable and safe. This is a hands-on position.

Required Skills & Experience

• SIEM, OpenID experience
• Kubernetes work in production
• Previous experience with Security responsiblities in Automation environment (Security Monitoring,
• Security certifications
• Previous GCP implementation projects

Desired Skills And Experience

• Working with leadership at VP, Director, or C-Level
• Previous experience in high-scale environment, working with autonomy
