Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rockland, ON for a Client Services Representative (Quality). The Client Services Representative is to assist the Quality Compliance Officer, Management Representative and Quality Director in achieving established quality goals and to satisfy customer quality requirements. Tasks and duties are mostly predetermined but do change when needed.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for issuing documentation related to non-conforming parts and returns
  • Supports the Quality Compliance Officer with the quality related tasks per departments
  • Assists with Quality Objectives
  • Responsible for Managing, Monitoring and reporting on Customer Quality requirements
  • Responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on supplier requirements
  • Managing the Customer Quality systems and database administration


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, client relations, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions
  • Knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 9001 and NADCAP Quality Management Systems
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, and relevant work experience
  • 1 to 3 years experience with QA/QC related tasks will be considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and online collaboration tools
  • 3 to 5 years of customer quality experience
