Since 1974, POST Structures has been an innovator in rural and agricultural construction. Our motto is "more than just a barn". We understand that farmers make their living inside their barns, so a thoughtfully designed, well-built structure can have a major impact on their success. We also hold many fun company events throughout the year to facilitate a positive atmosphere.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

Ask yourself: Can you consistently meet deadlines while prioritizing quality? Are you safety-oriented while working on framing and construction projects? Do you care about doing things the right way rather than the easy way? Are you excited by challenges and opportunities to grow? If so, please consider applying for this position today!

YOUR LIFE AS A CARPENTRY FRAMING WORKER

This full-time skilled trade position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a Carpentry Framing Worker, you perform essential carpentry work to bring our projects to fruition. We are general contractors who take on a wide variety of projects, so you have ample opportunities to use your skills and develop new ones. Primarily, you work on wood framing, finishing, and cladding for custom rural and agricultural structures. You follow the exact specifications of each project, working efficiently with a team to deliver consistently excellent results for our customers.

You always work with safety in mind, and you communicate effectively with your supervisor on the job site if any issues arise. When working with less experienced carpenters and apprentices, you share your framing skills and lead by example. You also constantly strive to improve by actively participating in our ongoing training opportunities. Your satisfaction comes from working on challenging, interesting custom projects and honing your carpentry skills alongside a great team!

What We Need From You

  • Willingness to reliably commute or relocate prior to work
  • Driver's license

One or more years of carpentry experience is preferred. If you can meet these requirements and perform this skilled trade job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our construction crew!
