Job Description
At Gather & Gather, we are known as one of the UK & Irelands most distinctive workplace catering experts, we are passionate about great food and great coffee and putting our employees and customers at the heart of everything that we do. We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor at LBG Harbourside.


Location: LBG Harbourside, Bristol City Centre


Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour


Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Office Venue)


About The Role


A rare oppurtunity has become available to join our team as our Cafe Supervisor. This is an amazing role that not only will be showcasing the best local artisan coffee in Bristol, working with chefs who are creating daily dishes food from our "50 Mile Local Larder", but working Monday to Friday around office hours!


Our amazing food offer consists of a Pizza station, Rotisserie station, daily “Pop Up” hot counter, Barista Coffee Pods, Premium Grab & Go range, Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table & Office Hospitality packages.


If you like working in a fast paced enviorment, showing off coffee art, creating new seasonal drinks, want to develop your knowledge in Retail, Stock & People Management and love having fun whilst you do it, we have the role for you!


Key Responsibilities


  • To understand and comply with Company and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP
  • Supporting with hospitality functions
  • Serving locally roasted barista coffee
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • Supporting with Weekly & Monthly Stock & Ordering processes
  • Take pride in what you do and have fun doing it
  • Supporting and coaching team mates
