Capital Markets with Derivatives and Risk experience/Banking/Financial Domain
Must have very strong hands-on in C++ and good in DB.
Need to work in C# code as well - Sophis tool/
Any Equity derivatives risk management software and professional experience will be a preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication skills.
Summary Of The Expectations From Client
The combination of the skills: C++, VC++, database and Shell/python scripting. C++/V++ should be strong, database can be good to strong and scripting can be average to good. If very strong in C++ then DB and scripting knowledge can be managed.
In-depth expertise level expected in C++ or VC++ (which can be found mostly from product companies.)
Domain Knowledge
Capital Market with Derivative and Risk/Banking/Financial Domain knowledge is required.
This can be bit compromised if candidate has extra-ordinary C++ skills
There will be around 3 rounds of interviews: L1 (panel), L2 (account will do a prep round and share inputs), L3 (Client)
Candidate should be ready to work until 10 pm (Timings: around 12.30 am to 10 pm)
Responsibilities:-
Supporting equity derivatives desks within RBC Capital Markets. his encompasses functions within Front Office
Risk Management Finance Accounting and Operations -Interacting with developers in Toronto and New York as well as QA and business analysts to provide technical solutions -Implementing tasks independently from a technical perspective-
Working with others on the team to develop technology solutions that meet sponsors/stakeholder requirements while demonstrating high levels of quality and productivity-Implementing tasks designing application solutions fixing bugs to meet specific customer requirements
Ability to develop software components and systems with technically sound design that also comply with acceptable standards -
Must be a team player work well with other team members.
