It’s an exciting time to work for e-Emphasys. We have recently merged with CDK Global's Heavy Equipment division. With this, we now have more than 60 years of combined experience and two industry-leading software suites and associated apps, with which we will drive the market forward.

This role is hybrid and will require the employee to come into the London, ON office at least four times a year for two days each visit.

Role:

Help execute business system transformation strategy by synthesizing external and internal data and communicating clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

Principally responsible for leading business discussions while interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon research findings and product expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Applies complex theories, concepts, principles, tools and methodologies to create innovative solutions.
• Communicating priorities and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Soliciting business system needs and priorities from application teams and other stakeholders
• Executing and tracking deliverables with clear milestone.
• Using insights and data to clarify needs.
• Ensuring alignment with other EET project and application teams.
• Analyzing business systems to inform current state and optimize required change

Education & Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience and expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and statistical methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Excellent communicator, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Organizationally savvy, with demonstrated ability to influence leaders and facilitate alignment and clear decision-making.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Skills:

• Competency in Jira and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Solid project management experience and skills.
• History of using unstructured data (Text Analytics) to determine key insights.
• Understanding of Product Management software such as JIRA.

Salary Pay - 85k - 110k
