: Business Analyst, Oracle Manufacturing & Order Management
We are looking for a Business Analyst, Oracle Manufacturing & Order Management to join our team based in Burnaby, BC, to work alongside the Manufacturing and Operations teams to resolve support issues and take part in designing and implementing system enhancements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Understanding end-to-end business processes and finding opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supplying the development team with detailed requirements and conducting required QA testing.
  • Delivering exceptional customer support for the end-users of Oracle Discrete Manufacturing & Order Management applications.
  • Providing expertise troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting the Oracle Manufacturing and Order Management suite of modules.
  • A good understanding of the underlying database tables, interfaces, and data relationships to other Oracle Application modules.
  • Basic technical skills necessary to help developers design solutions according to specifications.
  • A deep knowledge of, and significant hands-on experience supporting Oracle INV, BOM, WIP, ENG, MRP, OM.
  • Must be reliable and flexible in response to dynamic work demands, deadline oriented, self-managed and able to act on own where circumstances dictate.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and a keen ability to present ideas in clear and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with the application set up and configuration of Oracle R12.1.3 or R12.2.
