SUMMARY: Assures highest possible level of guest satisfaction. Responsible for the preparation, cooking, and serving of food during our Breakfast or Dinner services. In addition to dishwashing and Cleanup duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees
Prepares breakfast and or dinner food items to serve to our guests
Stores and makes food according to food handling procedures bi law
Maintains clean environment during service hours by wiping down tables, removing dirty plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs and washing them in the dishwasher
Replenishes food items as needed
Replenishes coffee station, juice station and pop station as needed
Stocks and maintains Food storage rooms and Kitchen
Completes a restaurant clean up that includes vacuuming, mopping and wiping down furniture.
Completes a kitchen cleanup that includes cleaning all prep tables, cooking utensils, dishwasher area, fridges and freezers
Completes a daily inventory of all food and food relates items in kitchen and kitchen storage rooms.
Prepares food order list on a weekly basis
Reports maintenance issues to Rooms Inspector/Manager immediately.
Offers guest assistance when needed whenever possible.
Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with Company standards
