You are a builder, influencer, and change agent

In this exciting role, you will be working with Sobeys Digital team. This involves conducting design and code reviews throughout the System Development Life Cycle to ensure the solution delivered conforms to IT standards and quality software delivery practices.

You can manage the development life cycle for large-scale projects and/or medium to small projects spanning multiple platforms or solutions, consisting of complex conversions, integration and new development. This consists of leading support teams in the development of software solutions and the development of detailed functional, technical and operational specifications. In addition, you can ensure all documentation created is up to date and correct before solutions or changes are implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Good communication skills to ensure that department management is informed of progress, status and issues of delivery team activities.
• Leadership skills to support teams in the development and support of software solutions.
• Ability to identify functional and technical solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Skills And Experience Requirements

• Maintenance and housekeeping activities in PIM environment.
• Should have driven few Stibo PIM End-To-End implementations and strong exposure to STEP Data model, and STEP configurations.
• An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies – including agile/sprint processes.
• Expert technical skills in software development mainly Java and/or JavaScript with basic knowledge of XML and JSON.
• Solid experience in performing data migration/conversion design and development.
• Functional Knowledge of Stibo PIM, business rules, attribute creation, portal design UI, integration endpoint configuration and workflows.
• Good understanding of PIM/MDM
• Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
• Good to have experience in Stibo with proficiency in following areas:
