Job Description

Northview Law is currently hiring for a full time position (in person) to assist in bank runs, administrative tasks or various other tasks as needed at our Bolton office location.


The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate looking to work in a dynamic and growing environment.


The ideal candidate would posses the following criteria:


  • Must have a valid G2 or G License;
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office ( Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must work well independently, as well as part of a team ;
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; and
  • Ability to multi-task while adhering to tight deadlines;
  • Must have their own transportation;
  • Detail-oriented and Trustworthy;


***2-3 years of experience in a law firm is considered an asset but not necessary***


Your responsibilities would include:


  • Assisting with documentation storage and organization;
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Receiving bank drafts at our HUB Financial Institutions;
  • Assisting with formatting legal documentation; and
  • Filing deposits and providing receipts to lawyers and/or law clerks;
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Assisting in Bank Runs for the law firms Trust and General Deposits;
  • Greeting people in a polite and professional manner;


A valid driver's license and an insured reliable vehicle is required for this position.
