Accounting And Administration Assistant

Our client is actively looking for a hard working, friendly and mature individual who is available 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday to become there next Administrative & Accounting Assistant. The pay Rate will be between $16-20 an hour depending on experience. The client is open to paying more if you have experience in all aspects of the role.The Role- General Bookkeeping procedures- Posting to general ledger in Sage 50- Account Reconciliations- Payroll Procedures- Payables- Case documentation- Answering phones- Arranging couriers- Managing incoming clientele- Other office related tasks- May be required to conduct deliveries using a company provided vehicle- Accounting or Bookkeeping would be an asset and they would look at increasing the starting wageREQUIREMENTS- Clear criminal Record- Valid Drivers License- Proficiency with all Microsoft office applications- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.- Have a high attention to detail.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenPERKS OF THE JOB- Prompt weekly payroll through direct deposit- Full-Time Permanent Work- 8:30am-5pm Monday- Friday HoursWHO WE AREWe Recruit.
