About This Position
We are currently looking to add an Account Administrative Coordinator within our Account Service Department. The AAC role will be a strong supporting partner within the Account Service Department assisting the Account Managers and Account Executives with various projects and requests specific to our client's needs. The ideal candidate must be hands on, have excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are a relationship-oriented business, and strong relationship and partnering skills are vital to this role. Previous work experience in employee benefits or a related industry is preferred.

- Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior, and effort to achieve goals and objectives
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance
- College degree or 2 years of experience in Employee Benefit Insurance
- Department leader with proactive approach
