PhD or M.S. in material science, chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, or a related field with management experience required.
Update management and the company board of directors on various projects
Establish project management and prioritization of all R&D development to meet customer deliverables and commercialization schedule.
Prepare and present the R&D updates to the management and the board on a regular basis.
Manage a team of material scientists.
Work with customers to understand their requirements and organize internal projects to meet deliverables.
